Registration process for students
who attend a non-PVNC school:
Please complete the online application and submit the paperwork listed below. Please note that receipt of package is not confirmation of registration.
To help expedite the process, please send all the supporting documents in one email to Dawn Clapperton, Guidance Secretary at dclapperton@pvnccdsb.on.ca. Once the entire package of supporting documents is received, Guidance will be in touch.
The deadline to register for the 2025-26 school year is
January 31st, 2025.

Send all the following documents to Mrs. Clapperton,
Guidance Secretary, in a single email.
Proof of Date of Birth
(Birth Certificate / Certificate of Live Birth
Passport / Certification of Citizenship)

School Student Transfer form located in the Parent Portal account of the elementary school your child(ren) attend. (See instructions below)
