Hospitality & Tourism

This course helps students to develop an understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry. Students gain hands on experience in the kitchen when learning proper food handling techniques and improving their cooking skills. These courses dive into the different cultures as well as place a focus on nutrition and health, and the benefits of it. Senior student can earn a college credit with a dual credit course in Cooking.
